Return and Refund Policy 
Scope of Application: We only accept returns for unopened products (with tags intact) within 14 days of receipt.

Process:

1. Contact customer service at [Customer Service Email] to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

2. Ship the product back to the designated address (shipping costs are borne by the customer).

3. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days.

   Exceptions:

   • Promotional items and personalized/customized products are not eligible for return.

   • Returns for reasons not related to product quality must have the product in its original condition.
